I’m Jasmin, a trained life and career coach with a unique journey that has shaped how I guide others today.

Originally from Singapore, I built my career as a lawyer and later served as a district judge - experiences that taught me the importance of clarity, decision-making, and resilience in navigating professional challenges. My path took an unexpected turn when I moved across continents to Lima, Peru. That transition was not only a physical relocation but also a deeply personal journey through change, identity, and reinvention.

Arriving in a country where I didn’t yet speak the language, I felt the weight of starting over. Uncertain, out of my comfort zone, and at times questioning whether I could rebuild a meaningful career. Yet, those challenges became the very lessons that shaped me. Step by step, I learned to adapt and to embrace the unknown. Eventually, I secured a role as a consultant in a law firm, proof that even in unfamiliar territory, it is possible to create meaningful opportunities.

This experience taught me that transformation isn’t always bold or instant; it often begins quietly, with a steadfast decision to keep moving forward despite fear. Today, I draw on that journey to help others through their own transitions, whether in career or in life, guiding them to uncover their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and create change that feels true to them.

Alongside my professional transitions, I have faced deeply personal hurdles - navigating the loss of loved ones, the shifts and strains that relationships sometimes bring, and moments where life felt uncertain and fragile. Each of these chapters tested my strength in different ways, but they also opened my heart to empathy and the understanding that healing and rebuilding often happen one step at a time.
